Pet’s these days are one of our most important and cherished companions. We consider our pets apart of our family and often treat them like our children or even better! They bring us so much joy and love that we want to give them the world. I myself have grown up surrounded by pets my entire life and began pet sitting over 16 years ago for friends and family through high school. I was ecstatic when I was able to get my own dogs and cats as an adult. As a new pet owner, I often found myself needing help caring for my pets and didn’t have friends or family that were available. When I looked into other dog boarding or pet care facilities nothing fit the quality of services or care I was looking for and able to provide myself. I realized if I felt this way others must too. Combining over a decades worth of experience caring for my own and others pet's with the skills and credentials I gained during my three years work at a local Pet-Valu, I realized there was an opportunity for me to open a professional, hands on pet care facility out of my home. I use my acre and a half property for supervised outdoor free plays, built multiple thirty by fifteen foot outdoor kennels for additional play and potty breaks. I converted my home into a space where the pets come first and people second. I offer individual dog or cat rooms for guests that require their own space plus plenty of common areas for guests that prefer to socialize and interact with other guests. I have expanded my services to offer grooming to my guests and the community as well. I wanted to create a destination pet vacation where our guests are living their best life and my clients feel comfortable leaving their pets in my care.
